Recently, the State Council and the Ministry of Finance introduced a series of new policies to modify several old policies, including, during bidding, the bidder offering a significantly lower price than others will be reviewed, which means that the “bid goes to the lowest price” law will not work any longer; the deposit is replaced with guarantee to relieve the stress of capital flow of the enterprise; the completion acceptance approval of environment protection facilities of construction project is canceled, the environmental impact assessment approval process is simplified and the project with “l(fā)ow environment influence” is changed from approval system to filing system. These policies will influence all medical devices concerned parties.
